Suwarta is Partner at JMT Law House with long experience for more than 25 years in advisory, tax advisory in particular, having clients of domestic and multinational companies. Suwarta’s main expertise revolves in the areas of Tax Law, ranging from Tax Planning, Tax Consulting, Tax Review, and Tax Disputes.

Suwarta was a Commisioner of Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten for period 2016-2018. As Commisioner of one of the largest regional banks in Indonesia, Suwarta was highly involved in banking business supervision and having obtained the knowledge of risk management related with high scale business.

His expertise and professionalism supported by proper educational backgrounds as Doctor of Management from Brawijaya University, Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from University of Indonesia, as well as certification of domestic and international tax practices (Brevet C) and Level 5 Management Risk Certificate (highest level).
